4th Annual President's Day Weekend at Intrator's!

8 Years Ago: Griffin, Wyatt, and Spencer in the "Age 2 Preschool Class", Yes, that means back when they were 2 years old! Now, back together again, rocking the slopes and Berkshires with all our families for the 4th annual festive weekend at the Intrator's upstate.

Unstoppable, riding the lift up with his Dad, just to whizz down the slopes, without turning or poles. Why slow yourself down when you can zip along headlong, just a massive wipeout here or there. Click HERE to see him zipping down the mountain. Actually, Grif did great on the slopes, especially for someone who rarely skis. His buddies, Spencer and Wyatt are regular skiiers, cutting up the slopes at top speeds.

Boom's first time on the slopes. He claims he's skiied many times before and can show me the pictures to prove it. He was very very brave. His young, high schooler ski instructor's comments on his ski skills were: "AWESOME! POLITE! NICE TO EVERYONE!" That's what you get when you pay for a high schooler. But Boom loved it.

I couldn't leave. I was one of those Moms standing behind the chain link fence they put up just to keep the Moms at bay. Patty came and pulled me away, kindly, gently, then took me and Courtney hiking, sans any bebes. Then I ate lots of burger and fries.

Patty wears that forest well!

We made it to the summit (again!)

Patty n Court heading down the mountain, slipping and sliding it

Yes, that's a beaver lodge

Were we slipping and falling or saw some critter?

Ah yes, now we're photo-ready!

Took the kids on the same hike, but only halfway up in the Berkshires
The whole crew! Apres-ski
Graeme, a good mentor for Boom
Boom thought he had a lot to teach the older boys about skating
Oh My! Did I mention cupcakes???????????

And, champagne! Hey, don't waste good Veuve on the kids!!

Gotta say cupcakes and champagne are best apres-ski and ensemble avec old amis
Blurry but happy Tucks. Or maybe I just had too much champagne and you're seeing them through my eyes.
